Azure Property Managing Agency (“us”, “we”, or “our”) is a managing agent that manages Body Corporates, Sectional Title Schemes and Home Owners Associations.

 

Azure Property Managing Agency’s (“Azure”) Services (“Service”) include the following:

 

Property maintenance

The Organisation arranges repairs and maintenance to be carried out for Community Schemes that they manage, including the maintenance of gardens and communal areas.

 

Advice

The Organisation offers an advisory service to guide property businesses to achieve their goals.

 

Accounting and Administration

The Organisation attends to the collection of levies, including arrear levies, recovers utility charges, arranges secretarial duties, sets budgets and levies for each year, prepares annual accounts to Trial Balance stage and assists with insurance claims for Community Schemes, Azure provides for an outsourced and managed levy collection procedure by our in-house attorneys or a financed levy collection solution which allows a predictable and guaranteed levy income stream at preferential rates for the scheme.
